To ensure a worry-free shopping experience for clothing, we’ve outlined our return guidelines below:​

1. Return Eligibility & Exceptions​
Time Window: Initiate returns within 30 calendar days of delivery (confirmed via tracking). Late requests will be declined.​
Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, stain/odor-free, with intact original tags, size labels, and packaging. Delicate pieces (e.g., lace/beaded styles) with handling damage are ineligible.​
Non-Returnable Items: Final-sale products (marked "Final Sale"), intimate apparel (unless unopened), and custom/personalized items.​

2. Step-by-Step Return Process​
Submit Request: Email our team at svedios@hotmail.com with subject "Return Request - [Your Order Number]". Include order number, product(s)/size(s), return reason, and 1-2 photos (if defective/damaged).​
Get Return Authorization (RA): We’ll review and respond within 2 business days. Approved requests get an RA number + pre-addressed label (defective/wrong items) or return address (other cases). No RA = package refused.​
Ship Back: Use secure packaging. For non-defective returns: you cover shipping (trackable recommended). For defective/wrong items: use our pre-provided label (we cover cost).​

3. Refund & Resolution​
Inspection: We inspect returned packages within 3-5 business days of receipt. Eligible items get 100% refund.​
Processing: Refunds go to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Allow 5-7 days for bank/payment provider processing.​
Exchanges: No direct exchanges. Return for refund, then place a new order for desired size/style.​

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
